How to Access the Data Required for REACH

3 ways to obtain the data required for REACH compliance

  1. Become a member of the Nickel Consortium
    • You become data-owner
    • You pay a Membership Fee
    • You participate actively to the Consortium activities (meetings, conference calls, exchanges of e-mails…)

  2. Buy a Letter of Access
    • You can refer to the registration dossier for REACH compliance within the EU
    • No transfer of ownership of the data
    • You do not need to actively participate into Consortia meetings
    • You pay a fee which is 30% less then Consortia membership for substances above 1000t and for substances below 1000t a fixed fee is applicable
    • Access to the harmonized classification proposal and the SDS needed to comply with communication requirements.

  3. Buy a License to use
    • You can only use the data for REACH compliance within the EU
    • You have access to the data to use them (e.g.: to draft yourself a CSR)
    • You pay a fee which is 10% less then Consortia membership for substances above 1000t and for substances below 1000t a fixed fee is applicable
